Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original condition unless faulty or damaged.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products may be subject to assessment. Faulty or damaged items are always eligible for a full refund or replacement.
